On sale at Amazon so thought I would give it a try. Set up instructions weren’t as clear as they should have been but most anyone can get it up and running in a short time. I like the fact that I can move it so I can see all my family room, the stairs and the hallway to our spare room. Bright lighting and it’s in color. Night time with little light it is black and white be everything is still very visible. I have yet to use the motion detection but I am sure it will work as well as the main unit. I did go into settings and turned of the blue status lite so that it would not be noticed if someone broke in and I could see who and what they were doing so I could describe them to the police when I called them.

I love the convenience of this item. I was able to place it up on my counter to check in on my dog while I am not home and it has been super helpful. You can also move the camera from your phone so you can look basically through the whole room left and right and up and down. Very please with this purchase.

Got the camera to watch a particular area of carpet where one of our five cats has decided to pee on repeatedly. Setting up the camera was super easy, and I already had a blink subscription for outdoor cameras. It was a little difficult to snap the camera onto the tilt mount (I was afraid I would break it), but it went on just fine.
After some adjustments to location and tilt (which works really well through the mobile app!) I was set to go. Days later, I have 100s of videos of cats walking through the room, and often noticing the camera. They must see the light come on? Anyway, haven’t caught anybody doing anything bad YET, but I’m still watching…….

easy to set up, nice fisheye lens has a good coverage of my room, i loved how i can rotate and tilt to a wide range that my previous pet camera couldn’t. Its speaker is also loud enough I can actually have a conversation from it – again my prior camera lacked on that and they cost about the same

I did a lot of research before I bought a home camera and I’m glad that I bought two of these. I especially love the pan tilt as you can turn obviously left right up and down.
Connectivity: very easy all you do, is scan the code on the back, and it’ll walk you through it with the blink app and as you scan more cameras, you add them to your profile
Motion detection: my cats set it off so I’m sure anything bigger than that can be captured on the camera
Color: I bought standard black maybe they’ll come up with other colors in the future. However, I would suspect those would cost more.
Sound: you really can hear everything and it is very loud I like that. It has a mute button as you view.
Features: you can go in and change the sensitivity of the motion
Camera: the camera is really sharp. I can see what I need to even in night vision although I said it on the window sill to watch outside to the parking lot at night and there was a reflection so I could not use it. I think they have a workaround for that. I forgot what it was. I think it said try the night vision I have yet to do that.
Security: I like that they have a plan that you can upload your videos and hold them there or you can use their other product that allows you to connect to USB to see video files instead of using and paying for their app to do so after the introduction but for me right now, it’s just easier to use their service so if you switch how you’re saving your video files, you still have your camera and the Blink app
Compatibility: I had no trouble finding my Wi-Fi signal and using the app on my iPhone when I’m at work I can arm or disarm the camera from the app and check in on my cats.
Pan tilt base: I accidentally bought the pan tilt case. However, I’m told it any mini camera can adapt to it if you buy it separately to put onto it just in case any of you make the same mistake that I did. I had originally thought I was buying 3 Pan Tilts with cameras so I was stuck with the extra base

The mini is easy to connect and hook up to the BLINK app. The price is nice.
It would be nice if they had:
1) I could set a daily/weekly schedule for on/off instead of manually enabling and disarming the device.
2) I would prefer to be able to pay for a year’s subscription instead of a monthly subscription.
3) I wish it was easier to get to LIVE mode and have the option to save the time-lapse clip.
I could have spent more money to get these features, but for the price, this is a good option.
I do like that I can tilt-move the camera remotely.

Just like the headline states, if you own a Blink mini cam, this is a must (Ok.. maybe not a must if you have a small area to view at cameras installed level) Plug and play, Blinks app recognizes it immediately and you can then rotate, pan and tilt your camera. For example ,if you want to mount your camera up high on a shelf, but want to keep an eye on your fur baby on the couch or chairs on the floor, EZ PZ. I did however had an instance where one day I opened up the blink app and found the pan/tilt went “offline” while we were away at church. Not sure what happened there, but couldn’t rotate the camera (even though we didn’t need to), so it bugged me. Had to unplug the camera and plug it back in once we got back home and it began to work properly again immediately. This happened only once since we have had it installed in the past month. Needless to say for that reason and that reason only am I rating it at 4 stars instead of 5.

This is my second purchase of Blink’s pan/tilt system and I remain impressed. They’re super easy to setup through the Blink app. Provided you have a Blink Sync Module, just unpackage and scan the bar code on the camera, enter your wifi info and it’s ready to go.
Picture quality is great, lacking any significant graininess even in dark and low-light conditions.
Motion detection is satisfactory although I’ve yet to master local storage vs. paid cloud storage.
It works well through Echo Show.
There’s a standard camera mount1/4″ x 20 thread boss on the pan/tilt head for mounting on a tripod or similar mounting system.
Finally, the pan/tilt is reasonably smooth while accessing on your home wifi. When activating the pan/tilt while away from home there was some command lag leading to jerkiness in directional changes. It’s not a product flaw, just keeping your expectations reasonable.

Very easy install. Very easy to use. Purchased this to keep an eye on our pup and to carry to hotels while traveling to keep an eye on everything inside our room. Note: purchased a router to travel with to set up in the hotel room and created my own wifi name and password to link to the Blink. Hotels wifi will take you to their hotel launch site which doesn’t seem to work with the Blink.
